We believe everyone deserves to be cared for at home, by people they trust, in a language they understand.
Supportive Solutions Homecare is a Michigan home care agency based in Southfield. We help families of people with disabilities who are covered by Michigan Medicaid get paid for the care they already give, and when no one in the family can provide care, we find and place a trained caregiver in the home. We serve families across all of Michigan.
What we do
Most families who call us are already caring for someone: a parent after a stroke, an adult child with a developmental disability, a grandparent living with dementia. Michigan Medicaid programs such as Home Help and the MI Choice Waiver can pay for that care, but the process involves eligibility rules, an in-home assessment, caregiver enrollment and visit verification. We take that work off your hands.

What we handle for you
We work on any disability covered under Michigan Medicaid, as long as the person needing care is covered by Medicaid or eligible for it. If they are eligible but not yet enrolled, we help you apply.
From first call to first paycheck
We help families of people with disabilities covered by Michigan Medicaid get paid for the care they already give, or we find and place a trained caregiver in the home. We are an enrolled MI Choice Waiver provider and we serve all of Michigan.
